about me

I grew up in Perth studying architecture and took up photography as a hobby on the side. I fell in love with shooting the sun, sand and surf and capturing anything to do with the ocean. As my passion for photography grew, my camera was always over my shoulder and I naturally became the designated travel photographer on surf trips or travel overseas with da boys. I’d constantly have the urge to document anything and everything that we were doing…not wanting to miss that perfect Indo sunset or that iconic Tokyo street scape. Photography has led me all over the world and I’ve been pretty lucky to be able to turn this hobby into a full time gig. It’s an itch that I always have to scratch!

I’ve been living in Melbourne for 3 years now and loving the city slicker lifestyle! When I’m not shooting weddings I’ll be relaxing and having a froffy with da boys, working on some personal photography projects, or pretending like I know how to surf out at the wave pool.

I’m here to hang out with you guys on your most special day! I love capturing all the loud moments, the quiet moments, through the happy tears and hysterical laughs, with a candid and authentic eye. I’ll take some bloody magic photos of you and your partner, and likely a few snaps of your uncle cutting mad shapes on the d-floor.

I’m not just at your wedding to take photos, but to help you guys navigate the day. I’ll direct you when you need it and provide a calmness when things get wild! I want you both to have the best day ever! Which for me, is just as important as creating some beautiful photos.

As well as hanging out with you guys, you’ll see me having a chat with your folks, joking around with your grandma and helping your guests out any way I can. Their experience will make your day that extra special.

You only get to live this day once guys, so let’s have the best f*cking time (my wedding mantra).

Your wedding will be - hands down - the most fun day of your life! You’ll laugh, you might cry, you’ll get to hang with your closest friends and family, you’ll drink, have a boogie, but most importantly you’ll have the best f*cking time! And I get to share these moments with you, woohoo!

Photographing authentic emotions as well as real and beautiful moments is such a bloody privilege and something I can’t get enough of! Being able to capture this and tell your unique story, for me, is the best bloody job in the world!

Seeing as we’ll be hanging out all day, I want to get to know you guys! What makes you tick? What do you guys appreciate most in life? What are you really looking forward to being captured during the day? Some cute intimate photos of you and partner, followed by some hysterical laughter? What about some loose photos of you and your friends cutting shapes on the d-floor? Doggo photos? Obviously! Whatever it is, let’s make it happen!
